The check in was denied, i arrived at 2 am, they were rude and didn't have data that i was with one more person.

Room given was twin. Despite being shown as double on mmt. Breakfast was a set menu of hard leathery roti sabji and 1 egg(not even double) along-with watery tea despite other hotels offering buffet breakfast at this price point.

I saw first hotel with mosquito in bed room but no mosquito repellent is given. Food quantity and quality is below average in compare to food cost.

The rooms are not clean. There is no gyeser in the bathroom. Water is licking in the bathroom tap

Good but make sure about check in time before arriving as well as room showed in photos are not same as provided otherwise well and good to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It is very nice compared to price. The location is very good near to durgapur railway station. Only problem is they don't give king bed whenever i booked.
